We are looking for an experienced Cook for Italian cuisine to join on Fehmarn Island.

The restaurant serves traditional German dishes with a strong focus on fish and seafood, alongside classic meat dishes and regional specialities.

A restaurant located directly by the harbour is looking for a cook with experience in Italian cuisine.

This position is suitable both for someone looking to work a season in Germany and for someone hoping to settle on the island.

🍝 Preparing Italian dishes
🔪 Mise en place and ingredient preparation
👨‍🍳 Managing your station during service
🧹 Keeping the kitchen organised and clean
🤝 Working with the team
✅ Following food hygiene and quality standards

💶 What we offer

💰 From €3,000 gross/month for 169 hours
📈 Higher pay may be offered depending on experience
📆 30 days of annual leave
🗓️ 5 or 6 working days per week, to be agreed
⏱️ Overtime hours recorded
💵 Overtime paid or compensated with time off
🍽️ One meal per working day

🏠 Accommodation

Staff accommodation may be available. Rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom are available at Goldener Anker.

If you would like to settle on Fehmarn, the company can also help you look for long-term housing. Accommodation costs and conditions will depend on the option offered.
