📌 Waiter / Waitress (m/f/d) – Full-time with 3 days off (Mon–Wed)

Starting September 1st, we are looking for a friendly and dedicated full-time waiter/waitress (m/f/d) with good German skills for our modern Bavarian-style restaurant in Steinach, near Straubing. Monday to Wednesday are our regular days off – enjoy structured hours and a professional, welcoming work environment.

🛎️ Your tasks

• • Friendly and professional table service (120 seats inside, 100 outside)
• • Preparation before service begins
• • Communicating with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• • Teamwork with kitchen and front of house

🧾 Your profile

• • Good German language skills required
• • Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• • Communication skills, team spirit, reliability
• • Experience in hospitality is a plus

⏰ Working hours

• • Monday–Wednesday: days off
• • Thursday–Saturday: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• • Sunday: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• • Full-time: 40 hours/week
• • Paid vacation according to contract

💰 Tips

Tips are shared fairly between service and kitchen staff. The kitchen receives a share for working from 5 p.m. to close. A generous amount of tips is regularly earned by the service team.

📄 Contract

4-month fixed-term contract (trial period). Option to switch to a permanent position afterward.

🏠 Accommodation (optional)

Affordable single-room apartments in Steinach (within walking distance): Private bathroom and kitchenette. 500 €/month including heating. Internet available separately. Good bus connections. Straubing is only 10 km away.
